    Well you can work around the clock anywhere, with multiple shifts. But in the middle east they have a lot of Indian human trafficked construction laborers / indentured servants. They are charged an upfront fee for their trip over, one they arrive their passports are taken and they are charged astronomical rates for the rooms they live in on site relative to the wages they make, making them stuck and in debt to their employers.
