His jab is very hard and well timed. Win lose or draw Derevyanchenko deserves a rematch.
He defence is better than people think it is, in real time I think he is being hit a lot more than he actually is. Its hard things like that to pick up on.

It’s a cool slo mo video. Not a punch count.

I already made a full thread with my cards and post replay thoughts.

If you don’t want to watch it, that’s fine.

If anyone has an agenda here, it’s YOU.
It’s clear you have an agenda here, just own it. No need to be dishonest.

It’s clear? What in my original post makes you think I have an agenda? Is it the title? Is it me saying “ Pretty cool stuff... enjoy guys!”?

I don’t usually spend much time watching fights in slow mo...but you sure see a lot more of what’s going on when you do. So much gets missed in real time. These guys go through a lot in there.

On the subject of this fight...real time or slow mo, ggg won. He landed the majority of the punishing shots in most rounds.

It really is. It looks like **** cuz there isn’t much nuance to it, but fundamentally he does what a lot of the old time trainers taught...get small and protect the vital areas.

yeah I've never really understood the 'bad defense' angle on GGG...there is no way you go through as many fights as he has, and never have a KD, hurt moment, stoppage etc without having good defense on some level.

Further proves my point how a lot of sergey's shots were not landing and being deflected.

I probably won't watch that but thanks Vlad, it looks interesting...watching it live I felt SD pretty clearly outworked GGG, but I had it 6-6 on rounds which felt a little fortunate for GGG to be honest...I will say it was strange seeing how unmarked up GGG was after the fight considering the apparent amount of punches SD landed...maybe when I have some time I will watch it slowed down to really tell...but live SD seemed to be doing some good work...his activity and work rate were impressive and his offense negated GGG's offense in a way...it was a good fight though, it's nice when an underdog like SD comes to actually fight and not lay down.
