Shakur has to learn how to fight inside ... His outside game is very good. Once he learns how to get inside and punish opponents, he'll be a force.

he knows how to fight on the inside. But if he can win on the outside much easier then if he fights on the outside why should he? Its up to the opponent to make the other guy adjust and change up.
