I see everyone putting the blame on Stevenson, but Gonzalez is just as much to blame for the fight being boring, if not mostly to blame.

Dude spent the whole fight trying to box. It was immediately clear he couldn't outbox Stevenson, but he decided to just lose every minute of every round rather than try to make something happen. By the fourth round, he was able to start cutting the ring off and back Stevenson either against the ropes or into the corner entirely, but he'd just flick a feeler jab or try to throw a body shot from too far away.

Stevenson was up the whole fight, it wasn't on him to do anything more than what he was doing. Gozalez appeared to rather the a loss decision than get stopped by his Sister's boyfriend and it showed.

My girl saw the ESPN piece of the whole family beef created by this fight and was so intrigue to watch the main event...... 4 rounds in she fell asleep.

They need to stop showing this mismatches so late too. No offense but that women bout was the co-event for ****s sake, top rank is going to kill boxing on ESPN pointless fight

I know he is good and has good footwork, but he ain't no sweatpea either. Sweatpea was nasty and would seriously make you pay for your mistakes. Shakur is too defensive for his own good. He may end up undefeated, but he is still boring as ****. Half way through the fight I went and made me a sandwich, that's how uninterested I became.

He's had 13 fights so it's ridiculous to be compare him to Whitaker right now. Also, Whitaker was called boring by the same types of people that call Stevenson boring. No rewritten history is going to change that fact.

Takes a quality dance partner to produce a good dance...in this case a good fight. Watching any boxer punch on a punching back that does hit back is boring

I enjoyed his display of boxing skills because I understand WTF I'm watching but I can understand if others found it boring and that is total fine
