Josh Taylor seems way too big for Lomachenko.

Loma would be incredibly undersized. Skill can only get you so far and that is too far of a reach for Loma.

      Taylor might even KO him.

We wouldn't really know since Loma lacks the ballz to move up to 140

In a perfect world Loma would fight Commey for undisputed while Josh and Jose fight for undisputed then the two undisputeds fight one another, then Loma holds down undisputed at LW and SLW.

Lomachenko is already giving up as much size to these Lightweights as Duran gave up to Hagler.

I think he can win, but it's a tall order. He dominates now. But against Taylor it'll be close and ugly.

I've never heard of a REAL Featherweight beating Junior Welterweights.

              McGovern beat Gans.

              Pep believed he beat Angott.

Plenty of dudes who held the Featherweight Championship then grew into Lightweights who kept moving up (McLarnin, Arguello, Armstrong, Pacquiao). But Lomachenko is really a Jr Lightweight at best. I don't doubt he could have remained at Featherweight until this day.

if the ref isnt pro-loma then taylor bullies him and beats him down. taylor impressed me, not a fan of UK fighters in general because they are overhyped - for instance the Burns/Selby fight did NOT impress me at all - but Taylor has great skills and is hard to hit (pretty sure his eye was caused by head clash). He did a great job working on the inside and curling up, and when he was fighting at range he controlled his distance quite well and most shots just hit his gloves.

loma looks great against similar sized opponents. Jeff Horn aint ain't anything special either but he would put the beatdown on Loma for sure, he's too big.

taylor beats loma - loma is a face plant ko waiting to happen one of these days

Loma has enough fights at 130 -135. Taylor should stay at 140 or challenge him self at 147.

Taylor's too big and knows how to use his size. Loma has had a hard time with bigger fighters like Linares and Campbell but these guys don't usually use their size/strength advantages that effectively whereas Taylor does. I see Taylor potentially stopping Loma late after possibly being behind on the cards. Taylor knows the odd dirty trick or two which Loma never responds to that well. Could take him out of his comfort zone in a similar way to Salido but Taylor's more skilled than Salido and a bigger guy. Loma's great but we've seen him in tough with lesser fighters than Taylor, this ain't clear cut.

Taylor is absolutely huge at the weight and Loma is already small at 135, I can't see this happening but i'd still like to see it haha
