I'd expect Taylor to have sporadic success and get good licks in on the way to eventually getting stopped late. If the likes of Horn is an indicator, Taylor wouldn't be able to smother and bully Crawford around as he is wont to do, and that would be a big factor.

I'm not trying to use a triangle theory here but how did he look bad vs Postol? He absolutely dominated him and you do realise Taylor also fought Postol and looked a lot worse?

No. Taylor is a top class fighter but I believe that Crawford is a special fighter and would be too good.

Crawford has actually gotten BETTER as he's moved up in weight. On the one hand, I give him credit for actually fighting guys his own size. But he's also doing better.

Taylor might not have Bud's offense. But like Pantera said, at 140 it would've been a 50-50 shot.
