The 114-114 score was spot on, I had Taylor up by 2 points after round 10 but Prograis winning the last 2 definitely made it a draw.
The 117-112 score was way off but that's to be expected for the hometown boy.

Had it been in Mexico City where Regis would have home advantage i'm pretty sure Josh would have still got the win.

WBSS doesn't do draws, man. They got a fourth judge as a tiebreaker (he scored it 116 - 112 to Taylor FWIW) and then countback if he sees it as a draw too.

EDIT: That said I'd like to see a rematch too, that was a real nice fight.

I reckon that 3rd judge is getting a bit of undeserved stick on here. It's different when the rounds are clearly won by a fighter but so many of them were that tight that 117-112 is not that hard to pick. Its only 2 rounds of difference from 7-5 that could easily happen when they are close as that. I had it 8 rounds to 4 which is only a single point for Taylor difference. The Judge from GGG v Canelo that gave 118-110 was a bad piece of judging but last nights was not that strange at all.

Honestly, I was surprised. I believed in an easy Prograis win, but Taylor definitely deserved the decision.
