Does anyone else think Canelo is going to take an absolute beating against Kovalev?

I don't know man. Kov just recently visiously KO'd Anthony Yarde with a jab...

If Canelo toes to toe with him it’s good night Canelo BUT we all know that ain’t happening.
This is going to be a BOXING exhibition. Won on points.

I know he will. Canela is really overrated and has gifts and robberies littering his resume.

And Kovalev is now underrated because most boxing fans are stuck in the 80s and don't realize you don't drop off a cliff anymore after 30. He is still an elite fighter, devastating puncher, high ring IQ boxer.

And Kov is also just selling the fight when he says Canelo will be his biggest win, in reality, Ward, despite being legitimately boring most of his career ( and this is coming from a guy who loves defensive high IQ fighters), Ward is levels above Canelo. Completely different fighters, but Kovalev should walk through Canelo and if he doesn't, he should consider retirement.

This is EXACTLY right. A whole lot of truth right here!

Yeah, I mean even if Canelo wins it's not like he'll go dustless. Krusher will hit him and it will hurt. It's a good fight.

It's a rigged fight dude, you don't need to have a brain to know this.

I'm actually thinking about putting big money on Canelo early KO ...why? Well Canelo can't even hurt middleweights, so the "casuals" think that he is in a challenge against Kovalev (and yes smart marketing from Canelo's camp to hype up the fight)...

What is Canelo's aim in fighting Kovalev? It's the only fight he knows he can win and make it appear as being a challenge.

Kovalev - has he even recovered from hist most recent fight?

Canelo - still doing PEDs, hence the very late announcement of the fight (as drug testing doesn't start until fight is announced).

Canelo early KO .. rigged, yeah, but this isn't the first time and it's WIN WIN for both fighters.

Lets not forget... Oscar did not want Canelo to take the Kovalev fight... it was Canelo with his big balls trying to make a legacy for himself. I think everyone in his camp/team said not to take the fight. As someone else said, Kovalev was the only choice he had left (after not fighting GGG).
