I've gotta give it to Spence currently. He beat Porter and has two of the major belts. Crawford hasn't fought any of the top guys in the division (not his fault). Manny is older and has several losses. Not the guy he used to be. -
I voted Crawford, even though he is still largely untested vs the top guys. However from what i've seen, i'd pick him to beat Spence if the fight happens in the next 12 months.Comment

Surprised Pac-Man's outpacing Bud.
I voted for Pac myself but only because he's done so much in the past. He's on merit as far as I'm concerned. In a h2h I'd lean Bud, between the two.
