Absolutely vacant to me. I don't see how Crawford. Pac or Spence could claim to be undisputed when they all have a case to be the best and none of them are undisputed. Spence has the strongest claim with two belts but that is not enough to be the only champ. Crawford has never lost and so many think he would beat both Spence and Pac. Pac has the weakest claim since he got robbed by Horn while Crawford destroyed Horn. But Pac beat the top rated Thurman so he is still in the race. I would recognize the winner of a Crawford vs Spence fight as the real welterweight champ but Pac would still have a claim and the winner would still not be undisputed.
