I am an Earl fan, and I find this stuff very disappointing. Was really hoping he would push on and face someone like Thurman, Pacquiao, Crawford, Porter II in the Spring. I made a thread a while back moaning about his sloppy lifestyle, seems to be catching up with him faster than anticipated. Just very disappointing, he is wasting his prime.

Haymon has no major selling assets other than Pacquiao. Wilder, Davis are still in developmental stages - they do not generate millions. Garcia, Porter, Thurman are B sides still, they do not generate millions. Spence is a critical piece to the Haymon empire. He must be revived and protected. Pac is almost done. Wilder and Davis may never generate huge numbers even if Haymon rigs both to 50-0. So Spence is the great Haymon hope. Haymon has probably hired 50 of the best doctors to try to put Spence back into one piece.
