The problem with the IBO is that they can't get major fighters to fight for their belts unless it's a fight that is also for another belt (GGG, Ruiz, Julian Williams). I think their rankings are better than the other bodies but it doesn't matter what the rankings say when the IBO sanctions #34 vs #56 for the title.

When you become franchise, you lose the one wbc belt.
