I am willing to accept that. However, if you have watched all of Loma's pro career, I think the attributes of a fighter that has the best chance to beat him-taller bigger, longer arms, faster and more athletic,- Haney has all of those attributes which IMO would've made for a great style matchup.

Yeah, as a fight in itself I could definitely go for it, with the sole reservation that I'd rather see the wunderkind actually face a little adversity first... thing is there's gonna be a never ending stream of fabulous looking young talent coming through, but many will fall flat on their faces when they first face a real challenge. I don't really want to see that happen against one of the best in the world, that's what gatekeepers are for. I know Devin's mando, but for me I'd like to see him face someone a little more proven than Abdullaev first.

Regardless I kinda hope he does get the shot, although I'd rather see Loma vs Tank or the Lopez - Commey winner while Devin gets a semi decent opponent under his belt.

EDIT: Not, of course, that I'm expecting we'll be lucky enough to get more than one of those fights, if that. Guess the most likely would be the Lopez - Commey winner, the other two... well, I won't be holding my breath.
