Usually people just donate, or do charitable work without announcing it to the masses.

So therefore Tyson Fury was just stating that for some sort of positive media 'He probably did donate some of the money, but for me? I don't really think he should of stated it'.

There are people out there who dedicated TIME & EFFORT to help others 'Time & Effort' is your greatest commodity and currency.

He is revered in those areas for giving back to the communities. Tyson said he would donate his purse from the Wilder fight to help build housing and provide services for people suffering with addiction and living homeless. Apparently his purse was £2.5m but his total earnings were closer to £7m. The only people who have been openly critical of Fury, and questioned his sincerity, are the likes of Eddie Hearn. Real lecherous folks. The Gypsy King wasn't trying to make headlines, wasn't looking for praise, he stated it in a matter of fact way. Think he had said it off camera and then got pressed about it on camera by someone like Michelle Joy Phelps.
I can verify this because I live in that same area myself, about halfway between Morecombe and Manchester.

Pffft. Back when Wilder was fighting for food stamps, he'd donate it to the local liquor store straight afterward.
