I have Ruiz a favorite. Ruiz was dominating him for the most part . He was closing the distance and drilling AJ with the jab to the head and body. Yes AJ jad him down , but Ruiz was taking control of the fight. Ruiz will win this time by late rounds tko.
Ruiz is a 3/1 dog against Joshua

I think it makes a lot of sense to bet Ruiz at the best odds you can find, even if you don't necessarily *think* he wins the fight.
This wasn't a situation where one guy was being thoroughly outclassed and landed some huge shot that knocked his opponent cold. Ruiz was touching AJ up. The chubby dude can fight. He's fast, accurate, and has power. The fight had kind of shifted and you started to get the feeling that Upset City was coming. Ruiz was winning the fight, stopped Joshua, and NOW you can get him at like +250 or better in the rematch. We've seen flukes. This wasn't a fluke. That's value. And value, is the name of the game.
I think the way to bet it, is Ruiz straight up (at the best number you can find), with Joshua Inside the Distance (looks like it's around -110 or so right now).Comment

Spot on. AJ has to deal with the fact that he didn’t just lose, he got beat up and Ruiz has another psychological edge from getting up from a hard knockdown. They say becoming champion makes you 25% better. I’ll take RuizI think it makes a lot of sense to bet Ruiz at the best odds you can find, even if you don't necessarily *think* he wins the fight.

Ruiz was touching AJ up only after AJ got a concussion. Before that moment (for 2 and a half rounds), it was all AJ.I think it makes a lot of sense to bet Ruiz at the best odds you can find, even if you don't necessarily *think* he wins the fight.

Maybe Ruiz was taking it easy early on -- I don't know.
I'm just not convinced that rounds 3-7 are indicative of each fighter's 'unconcussed' abilities.Comment

Oh ok...Andy is focused on weight loss, not Joshua. Got it.Did AJ have a good physique when he was unfocused? I get the impression from how much his life style has changed in such a short amount of time. A slimmer body doesn't mean hes focused. A lower weight might not even be good for fight night, power/chin might drop a little bit only time will tellComment

Agreed.
I'm throwing the bank at Ruiz. Selling the house, emptying the portfolio, bottoming out my ****** wallets, dumping the shoeboxes, putting all chips on Ruiz by violent stoppage.Comment

Who AJ ? If so probably ,but once AJ wins his titles back in that fashion of a K.O ,the odds will once again fluctuate. I could see AJ a 4 to 1 over Wilder and maybe about 5 to 1 with Fury depending on what the other guys do until then ?Comment
