WBC is the laughing stock title of boxing. The IBF mandatories are a joke more than half the time. And the WBA has like 3 world titles per weight class.

You obviously didn't read the article.

Went back, read it again, still not sure what you mean. Generally, when someone says a potential opponent isn't that good/didn't do well his last fight.... usually that means they want to steer clear of them. At least that's my takeaway from it most times.

Usyk being taller, having bigger reach, having just as fast hands and better work rate and crucially Usyk has great footwork, Ruiz is flat footed.

Not sure about that, his hands seemed considerably slower against Witherspoon than they did when he was at cruiser.

I do believe he can outwork him and has a better engine. Usyk will probably win a close points decision against Ruiz but it's definitely not a sure thing. Need to see more of him at the weight but he looked beatable against Witherspoon.
