I picked Gvozdyk by UD. It was a true pick em fight, Beterbiev was the better man. Nobody was picking Gvozdyk to destroy Beterbiev that i saw, most people were on the fence about who would actually win.
Beterbiev vs Gvozdyk proves most people on boxingscene are casuals

The chins of Gvozdyk and Beterbiev where insane, they were landing flush after flush of right hands but the best they could give was just moving back slightly.
Gvozdyk was hurt more to the body than to the head.Comment

This match actually boosted my confidence on how Gvozdyk would deal against other LHW despite losing.

Before the fight, all I saw was how Gvozdyk would beat Beterbiev and how Beterbiev and Kovalev were the weakest link in the LHW division amongst the champions.
But after the fight, the whole forum and the legion of casuals have turned into Beterbiev's fans overnight, save for a few delusional ones who're riding Bivol's nuts, loool. Bunch of idiotic casuals and glory hunters.
Where are the real boxing minds on here?
People overrate these Ukrainians until they meet legit Russians that will beat them. If Glassiev had started boxing early with a solid amateur record like most Russians, he would've beaten Usyk as well. People forget Beterbiev beat Usyk in the amateurs at LHW but lost to him at HW. He also beat Kovalev in the amateurs. Gvozdyk rode the Ukrainian hype to get destroyed in the ring.
Russia made Cuba the bastion for amateur boxing and the same thing is happening in Uzbekistan right now. I expect Uzbeks to dominate professional boxing in the next few years once the killers they're churning out in the amateurs start turning pro.
Keep Bivol away from Beterbiev - he'll get knocked out clean. Battle of the Ruskis, but Beterbiev has a far better amateur pedigree and crazy power to take Bivol's head off.

I picked Gvozdyk to win, he started well throwing combos and hitting Beterviev in his belly and ribs to try to slow him down, he showed good chin and although he's got decent power, Beterviev seems to be made of iron. Beterviev never felt those straight rights to the body and kept coming thru the straight rights to the head, he hurt Gvozdyk to the body and broke him down. Great fight after all, cong**** to those who picked Beterviev.Comment

Ive always been behind Beterbiev Back!! even when ppl where saying he had no head movement (kigali idk what is his name kept saying that), that he was Robotic, that he was chinny, or he had no defense. For me he's #1 since he destroyed Cloud in 2 roundsComment

Meh, I had Beterbiev winning by KO before the fight. Beterbiev and Bivol are the 2 strongest in the division, been saying that for a while...Comment
