Because the IBF has the worst rankings. I admit I love their 10lb next weight rule and they have some very great champs. But the rest??? Fanlong went MD with a guy ranked #350 At LHW and has a record of 7 wins and 23 loses with 4 KO’s!!!!

The 1st guy he beat by MD is 0-4 lol

Tru! All you can do is beat who they put in front and then move on. I always thought you had up to 365 days to fight your mando??? But this CLEARLY is not the case with the IBF who strips fighters within weeks winning a fight???

The reason their rankings are bad is because they stick to their rulebook. Promoters know they have to strictly adhere to those rules and they don't like it...so they generally have their fighters be ranked by the WBC, WBA, and WBO instead.
