Yes, for the WBO title. And a PBC unified HW champion with a Matchroom mandatory challenger would be an interesting situation!

Well, at the end of the day, Ruiz -Wilder will have to fight somebody. I guess Pulev and Usyk would be first in the line.

"The only question is if he has the power and the punch resistance to be taken seriously in the division."
If he wanted to be taken seriously he wouldn't have worn that ridiculous, cheap plastic jacket to the ring.

Usyk is very good though. I look forward to seeing how far he can go in the division.

Ruiz has had his fifteen minutes, he won't be relevant after December 7th.

I rather have many HW fighters than a few. Even if he recently came up in weight he is a good technical fighter. I rather have a lot of different options of fights than just a few guys waiting for each other.

              It keeps things interesting.

But Pulev is with Arum/ESPN and Usyk is with Hearn/DAZN.

Again, what you mentioned is not his level of skill, but his physical attributes. Shrink any heavyweight to comparable to Usyk physical parameters and see who is going to beat whom. In this "shrinkage" fantasy I would give Fury a shot at outboxing Usyk in a very close fight, but I wouldn't bet on anyone else.

Hopefully we'll know soon enough if Usyk has what it takes to hang in there with these 2m guys. Their best chance would be to KO Usyk, I wouldn't choose outboxing Usyk as a strategy.
