I think it would be an entertaining action fight and the winner would get his profile raised. Lemieux has a chance to win it because he's the biggest puncher in the Middleweight division. I think it would sell.

So there are two types of opinions on Mr. Charlo:

-An "internet champion", whatever that is, who got gifted a belt he did not earn and is putting up mediocre efforts against undeserving cardboard cut-outs and ducks all real 160 fighters by signing with the wrong promotional company (the "wrong side of the street" argument tossed at Crawford all the time).

OR...

-Monster, top level, stepping up lumberjack of a boxer that is being avoided by all the top rated 160 contenders and who other champions at 160 will not even mention his name as they shiver under their blankets at night hoping he never comes to haunt their dreams as they duck and cover from him.

Matchup wise I would love SD-Charlo...or Charlo in vs any good puncher, like Lemieux...could be fireworks...just not a fan really of his matchmaking overall and also how he never is in there with a good puncher...but I understand playing it safe from his team's standpoint...it is hard to say what his level is right now and feeding him to a good boxer who can punch is maybe not smart.

Overall this fight isn't too bad, but yeah his first 5 or so fights at MW are pretty bad really as a group...maybe Hogan can make it an entertaining fight.
