Actually she is Ukrainian, so is her husband. My mistake when typing. She is not for the Russians. They are concerned about him. This is not a joke. Apparently this is the case, and Vitali speech is getting worse. Look he's not in grave danger, he's slipped because of a lifetime of boxing and sparring and it's not getting better. Unfortunately there are many gaffes because of his deteriorating speech.

I need few months to recover. same thing when I come to US, I need few weeks to re-adjust. and Vitali didnt get hit that often, though.

he is hilarious when he speaks his thoughts though.
This makes sense hopefully these are the reasons. We can agree his expressions are off at times.

To me he is easily top 5 ever at Heavyweight and hardly lost many rounds rounds let alone a fight.

His English is also worse from being focused in Ukraine. My Castilian Spanish is now defunct by living in Texas.

I just watched his post fight interview in 2003 and a recent interview in 2018.

Both are in english but he does seem to be slurring a bit and talking slower.

Happens to a TON of fighters. James Toney, Holyfield ect.
