Between Floyd and Manny it's Pacquiao. He's still active and still at a high level. Don't know how Floyd would have done if he hadn't retired.

Floyd's best win was Cotto because it was at the full 154, and Floyd was eating heavy leather by Cotto's jabs even at the ropes.

There's no narrative in boxing for who was the better or more seasoned Welterweight between Floyd and Pac. The Maidana fights were a show by Floyd and Haymon to carry the Argentinian in ending his Showtime fights with ease while Haymon collected his nice 10%.

Floyd didn't attempt a leap in 2 divisions against an actual Champion. I would say from Jacobs to Kovalev is a good challenge. Fielding's regular WBA wasn't Smith's belt.
