He is basically saying Pulev is the easier fight so we are taking that one!!!

Exactly....sounds to me like they already planning on dropping that WBO belt if they beat Ruiz. When I highly doubt the WBO will force them to choose to make a mandatory against Usyk right away when the IBF is up first, they not as bad as the IBF on demanding mandatories, also I'm pretty sure Usyk would be willing to wait on the Ruiz/AJ winner to fight Pulev first so he can have a chance to fight for 4 belts (WBO, IBF, WBA and IBO) rather than just WBO. In the meantime Usyk can get acclimated more at the new weight and fight another easier HW.

But seems to me Hearn is gonna make everyone think the WBO are forcing AJ to make a decision....when I dont think that will be the case. This way, Hearn can say he has 2 HW champs in his stable (AJ and Usyk) assuming both win their fights.

Ducks Povetkin, ducks Spong at the last minute with crooked PED lies and now will try to weasel a vacant WBO belt. Maybe Coceres can move up in weight again and fight for the WBO heavy title. WBO will sanction it.

I'm going to give Usyk the benefit of the doubt here. The guy beat Gassiev, Breidis, Glownaki, Huck & Bellew before moving up. It wasn't like he was fighting soft touches before moving up. I think he can beat a lot of top 20 HWs already but who will he be matched against? The thing is if Joshua wins does Hearn match them up? I suspect Hearn is right that Pulev will be the Mando of choice because he is 38. I would be shocked if Ruiz chose Usyk over Pulev if he wins the rematch. I just hope the WBO will let the winner fight the IBF mando before the WBO mando. The thing to watch is what Hearn does after the rematch. If AJ wins will he keep the fight in house & have AJ fight Usyk? If they don't fight you can bet Usyk will be getting paid handsomely to step aside & keep his mouth shut. If Ruiz wins & goes the IBF route you can bet your bottom dollar that snake Hearn will be petitioning the WBO to strip Ruiz instead of waiting until the IBF mando is done.
