Last week was the best mailbergs, this one was without a shadow of doubt the worst.

Have to wonder if Bread even watched the Spence vs Porter fight at this point.

Then you accuse the other guy of being in his feelings when clearly you are the one having an emotional bias.

You claim Spence wanted to KO Garcia, but during the whole build up he and his trainer were adamant that Skill, and not size would be the determining factor in the fight. After the fight Spence even mentioned that Sugar Ray Leonard (his idol) claimed he couldn't box better than Mikey and he proved he could box better.

Also, Porter didn't dictate nothing. Spence was the one constantly walking him down and had him against the ropes alot of the time, the only time Porter would have Spence against the ropes was when he did that SUPER AWESOME switch around move, but even that only worked two or three times before Spence adjusted to it.

Porter still pulled the switch successfully every once in a while, but the difference later in the rounds was that instead of him having the advantage after the switch, Spence was the one nailing him and punching him all the way back to the center of the ring.

He writes like someone pretending to have knowledge on a subject he knows little about. The whole thing about Liston was just made up fiction.

He always writes: "I didn't score this fight."
So basically 2nd rate, dishonest stuff mixed with some good insights some times.

Bread says that in the video he didn't see Claressa Shields do anything wrong.

                  That's because she didn't.

She's not the one who sucker punched Bashir. She tried to defuse the situation and even walked away from it.

That's a lot of boxing knowledge and objectivity from the man Bread.

I can dig it. I don't agree on every single point he makes but it's a pleasant surprise to read something like this within NSB.

I agree. Porter didn't dictate anything per-se. He did however adjust to Spence which surprised Spence at times and forced Spence to make further adjustments.

There was so many adjustments from both fighters that changed how the fight played out, that either boxer dictated anything that fight.

The major play was Spence's adjustment to Porter's over reliance on the rope switch. Porter got too fixated on it and even warned about pushing to keep Spence there.

Spence by then already began setting up that left hand by laying his forearms into Porter and even ate some clean body shots because of it. But Porter didn't recognize it because he was too fixated and got caught

which a 10-8 on an even fight going into the 12 is almost a sure loss. Regardless of how emotional fight fans get.

Objectively, you just can't get a win off that, in that situation. Unless you return the favor or win by ko/stoppage in the 12.
