bad idea when trying to heal a terrible cut, loads of performers get inadvertently opened up in pro wrestling, especially when you are not trained in how to take a "bump" as they say in wrestling parlance. I wish he had saved this appearance until after the Wilder fight, but if you're battling with depression sometimes you need to find ways to fill time.

He might dress like a clown , he even acts like a clown ... but This clown is getting well paid .. good chsnce he will be injured or the cut will be aggravated in some way ..he's obviously looking to increase his value when negotiating with wilder ( if the fight holds up ) I'm not sure it will , 50/50

A closed fist to the face is technically illegal but it usually just results in a warning from the ref, not a DQ.

Technically body punches are legal, as well as slaps/chops/palm strikes/forearms/elbows to the face.

Fury is just warming up for Wilder by fighting a man who can't box. Strowman actually has more boxing skills than Wilder, despite having never laced up the gloves.

Sadly, this is more legit than Fury's last 2 opponents.

                  yes, on both fronts.

They can close their fists, you don't see good punches because they're not allowed to hurt one another so often they go with a half closed deal.

There are, I dunno what they're called, tricks? banned by WWE the indy guys will perform. Lot of the very dangerous flippy **** isn't allowed in WWE and the Japanese dropping a man on his head moves are likewise banned.

                  I reckon anyway.

Have you seen Wilders wardrobe ? Wilder wore a black dress to the Breazeale press conference and is King Clown . Wilders team wasn't smart enough being champ since 2015 to pull this off, they are dopes and that's why he cant do PPV's without another headline fighter , he isn't marketed unless hes doing PR work himself . Talk about incompetence ,wilder will ride all the other top guys and we see this already with Usyk who sold out his venue and never even fought much in the U.S if at all.

Pure marketing to a huge audience. Strowman getting thrown a very sizable bone.
