I am not going to bash Charlo for his current situation unless we all find out he wants it this way. I would have preferred a rematch with Korobov but he has slim pickings. Like someone else said, he is in a similar situation as Crawford, but actually much worse. He is all risk and no reward. Crawford is all risk but with heavy reward legacy wise. Crawford at least has a few prospects to fight. Charlo has nobody really.

Derevyanchenko is out chasing giant paydays, but he or Jacobs would make great dance partners for Charlo. Who knows if they are even being offered though. Like I said until I see proof that it is Charlo playing it safe himself, and not some promotional BS, I will not attack him for it. Same reason I have never attacked Crawford for it and the same reason I never attacked GGG for it a few years ago.
