GGG is having a harder time making 160 in his late 30’s. He missed the same day check in and had to shed some pounds on fight day. Showed on fight night.
Chenko should get a rematch and it would do good business for DAZN.

If his mandatory won't be due for 9 months there's plenty of time to do a rematch with Derev; I doubt he'll go the rematch route, at least immediately, unless Dazn put pressure on him.
If he really wants to.put a bit of pressure on canelo for a third fight he could apply to IBF to.postpone his mandatory in lieu of a unification with Andrade; but I don't envision him doing that.either, again unless Dazn put pressure on him.
No doubt he'll be hoping that canelo will give him the May date then he can get the payday and retire without those other difficult fights! Problem for golovkin us I don't see Alvarez giving him an easy "out"; so what's he gonna do?!

he will request a easy fight from DAZN following his war with Derevy... knowing that the IBF will order him to fight Szeremeta following that... hoping that the Canelo rematch will happen instead...

Hell no GG he won't give that kid a rematch. GG won't fight Andrade or Charlo either. He will wait for Canelo to beat Kovalov and fight him in May. Book it!

          Because he isn’t canelo.

Which is a good thing. But to your point, GGG is still a big money guy at 160, still a shot caller to a lesser degree, despite Canelo's unwillingness to settle their business. Meanwhile, Charlo and Andrade continue to pursue journeymen while spewing GGG and Canelo's names out of their mouths for the press.

Charlo and Andrade need to fight each other and the winner gets the ticket.. as far as canelo vs ggg. Canelo won’t fight him unless ggg pays up. Simple

I don't think money is standing in the way of a GGG/Canelo rematch. I do agree that Andrade/Charlo should unify against one another, winner gets a fight with either Canelo or GGG.

Then why don't GGG fight Andrade next in an unification bout? He has a belt and they're both on DAZN.

Most Golovkin fans want to see Golovkin get an opportunity to correct what they see as two bad decisions. Canelo is going to be favored but Golovkin deserves a chance to try. If he wants to take a fight in which he is the underdog then personally I support him. I know that's hard for you to comprehend. After all you are the guy who wanted Golovkin to move up and grab an easy title at 168 similar to what Canelo did because it would look good on his resume.

Real question is will Canelo give Derevyanchenco a title shot or just duck him again?
