Only rationale explanation for him to be in ICU then is because hes a VIP and they just want to observe him closely. You dont get admitted to ICU for minor injuries.

Crash like this usually what you expect is brain bleed, pulmonary contusion and any other resp problems, internal bleeding, multiple fractures, etc. the type of injuries that will end someones boxing career. It will really be a miracle if he survives this and box again.

I'm so happy he's ok. He was in ICU probably because of head trauma. Maybe he was unconscious and concussed. If that's the case, he won't be the same. I hope this forces him to stop drinking and hanging with the ****** crowd
