Yep, it was confirmed that he suffered no broken bones, just facial lacerations. Word is that he will be charged with drunk driving as well. Being drunk is what must have kept his body loose when being thrown from the vehicle.

Drunk drivers almost always come out of wrecks no worse for wear compared to their victims.

The release then speaks on behalf of the Spence family. “He (Spence) is currently resting with his family by his side,” it read. “They want to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes and are extremely grateful to the Dallas first responders who rushed to the scene to attend to Errol after the accident and the doctors who are taking care of him at the hospital.”

Sources have told CBS Fort Worth Affiliate KTVT that Spence will be charged with drunk driving. Spence had been riding quite high before the accident (where he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt).

Nah man you responded to my post lol..and my post never said the wreck may have been staged.

All I said in my post was basically that it is a bizarre story that doesn't quite pass the smell test...and at the same time, I said I couldn't imagine how it could have been staged lol.

Just hard for me to see how a dude can be going that fast, get thrown from the vehicle, and only have minor superficial injuries...just is strange to me...that's all I was saying lol.

It's been reported that he was ejected before the roll over probably as soon as it hit the curb or a different surface.
He was very lucky.

I wish we could get a further update on this. No broken bones is one thing, but his body had to suffer some real trauma. You just don't go from 100-0 even while ejected and not suffer damage. If he slid along the pavement he probably has severe road rash and his brain had to get rattled around. I am just glad he is alive.
