mayweathers most dominate weights were 130 and 135 he had speed and knockout power in those divisions..140 he had to win on a acculmation of punches..147 he looks like his speed has declined to me..he needs to drop back down to 140 and fight hatton sence he cant get de la hoya

Well it depends on your definition of dominant. Floyd surely didn't DOMINATE the division but he may have been dominant. He beat the best 135 pounder in the world twice in a row. I know that he didn't fight the other top contenders and champs, but he didn't see the challenge. I think its fair to say he was recognized as the best 135 pound champ when he was there.

I just so happened to have started a thread last night with a big list of accomplishments of Floyd from the lower weight classes. Take a gander and decide for yourself if it speaks of domination :

He dominated 130 lbs. He beat the man at 135. He won a title at 140 and 147 against papaer champs.

To my knowledge, he was "the man" (which is all that matters with all of these belts) at 130 and 135 without even unifying. He never fought Casamayor/Freitas at those weights tho, which bugs me.
