    Let's do an experiment.

Go to any hood in America, England, France, Brazil, or anywhere else and start yelling & cursing at a woman in a public facility that has family near by.

    See what happens to you.
Right. That never happens in the "hood" where a man and woman have a profanity laced go at each other. Never happens, it's far too civil for that ****.

That will never happen because I'm not an also thug.

"Verbally or physically attacking?" There is a difference. Calling some one names is just an ass--hole being rude.

A verbal threat can be a a *********ic threat "is sufficiently specific where it threatens death or great bodily injury, and a threat is not insufficient simply because it does not communicate a time or precise manner of execution.

The old man wasn't confronted face to face, pushed by some near his age. She was sucker punched from a person considerably younger and bigger than him.

This was not a plain assault it was an assault with Great bodily injury refers to physical injuries...not to emotional and/or financial ones. While major traumas such as brain damage and paralysis are obvious types of great bodily injury, it is important to understand that the injury doesn't have to be permanent or this severe.

Name calling or talking **** dose not justify GBI.

So, you admit that verbally attacking a woman would make you a thug, right?

So, what do you think would happen to you, if you did something "thuggish" to a woman like verbally berating her in front of her relatives?

Now, I'd understand if we were talking about guns or knives being drawn. That would be too much.

But if you start yelling at and cursing at some random woman, you are getting K.O.'d in most environments, G.

        Take that lesson from me.

All you are doing is trying to justify a criminal act. A violent act.

          And it was not random.
