For me it doesn’t matter if you are black, white, yellow. Sucker punch was originally intended in a dispute where one doesn’t assume physical altercation in return.

A back head punch isn’t a sucker punch because the old man wasn’t being “fooled” suckered to begin with.

This is just plain aggravated assault with the offender obviously knowing the guy is old.

Stop with the “sucker punching.” It sugar coats the scene of the crime.
