Comments Thread For: Haye: Usyk's Attributes Beat 90% of Heavyweights Out There!

David Haye is certainly an expert in making the big jump from cruiserweight to heavyweight. Haye, who unified three of the cruiserweight world titles, moved up to heavyweight and eventually toppled the seven-foot Nikolai Valuev for the WBA world title.

It’s only the top 10 percent that matter, though.

Although skills pay the bills in most cases its slightly different at heavyweight. It all depends how well he carries his power speed and movement up he should do pretty well cunningham gave fury a nightmare and usyk is a far better fighter than him.

Usyk beat Joyce over 5 rounds, not 3. He competed at super heavyweight in the WBS - 5 X 3 minute rounds with no headguards - and won all his fights pretty easily.

Coming at 225lbs, 6' 3", 78" reach, he won't be too small for HW. Luis Ortiz fought at CW as an amateur and is no bigger than Usyk, just a lot fatter!

I don't think that anyone outside of AJ, Wilder and Fury would beat him meaning that Usyk beats more like 99.9% of heavier out there.

                    Id say 90%+.

If Usyk's got a great chin hes gonna be the guy we are talking about for the next 5+ years.

If he's got a okay to good chin he's gonna be a title holder at HW sooner or later.
