Comments Thread For: Golovkin Survives A War, But Does He Want To Do That Again?

By Corey Erdman - Gennadiy Golovkin settled into a comfy chair in a television studio tucked in the side streets of the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, visibly exhausted from a full day of cutting weight then answering the same four questions on a satellite media tour, hiding his haggardness with his trademark smile and a fresh Jordan tracksuit...

For 15 million a fight, yes. He's going to milk that contract, he'd be ****** not to.

DAZN needs to keep him away from Canelo or Andrade, that's a guaranteed loss. Go to Japan and fight someone like Murata so he can get himself a nice KO win and regain some confidence. If he can't beat someone like Murata convincingly at this point he should just retire.

GGG would still destroy Andrade, this guy struggled with Martirosyan & Jack Culcay. He's not that good

Jacobs never gave a rematch to Sergey, Sergey never rematched Calcuy, dont see Golovkin giving rematch to Sergey either, like they say there are bigger fish to fry for GGG, seems like its either Andrade or Murata next

A prime Andrade, an elusive southpaw with fast hands? GGG has never fought someone with his style before at this level. I think GGG would be in for a tough fight and I see him losing by UD.

Doesnt look like a war to me, 3G just seems uninterested, he also connects when he attacks, sd sure is relentless, but that's that.

A beating can be worth it if the money is right.

                  GGG rematches Derevyanchenko?
No way. Let's face it: GGG's only hope is to get his retirement fund from Canelo.
But now we know: Golovkin will be in trouble from now on whenever he meets a world class fighter.
And somebody will actually drop him like a bad habit with body punches.
