If there are bigger fish to fry, sure. But Sergiy deserves a rematch.

They did not "struggle" with Jack Culcay.

Jack Culcay offered stiff resistance. He is more than a decent fighter who holds his own against the best in the division.

I agree. Elite vs elite is really rare to see a blow out. That's exactly my point. He was made to be this KO king but Canelo, mayweather and others would be too if they face all Steve rolls .

GGG was a KO hype job

Canelo dominated the second fight. Even had Golovkin backing up. Abel said he wouldn't fight him mexican style and Canelo not only obliged Sanchez but also beat Gennady that way! Golovkin probably fired Abel because of that. If he really thought he had won do you really think Gennady would go to such lengths as to fire his long time trainer? He knew he just wasn't good enough and is somehow trying to find a way to equal Canelo. Canelo clearly surpassed him by a mile in that 2nd fight. They may have been close in the first fight but Canelo set the record straight in that rematch. Golovkin got softened up by Canelo. Thats why a guy like Derev arguably beat Genna and got robbed saturday night.

            D'chenko certainly deserves a rematch

But if I were him, I would not want one. GGG has finally started to show his age. Somebody else said he "couldn't pull the trigger," which is the best way to express his millisecond hesitancy to throw a punch.

But his guard is actually a lot more effective than people are acknowledging. D'chenko is swinging a lot of leather, but when you look closely, GGG parries lots of those. Some get through, but most do not. And Ggg's punches were also more effective. It'll be a week before D'chenko can see out of his eyes again. If there's a rematch any time soon, I would expect it to go about the same. D'chenko will be aggressive but not terribly effective; GGG will be hesitant but still brutal because he punches so strongly. In the end, it'll be about the same.

If I were Golovkin's family, I'd be telling him it's time to retire. He's got plenty of money, and he's still got a working brain. It's time to go make his next millions doing something else.

Hopefully there is a rematch.. I don't want GGG to finght since Canelo is in his prime and this time around he will win convincingly. He should go look at money fights like Murata in Japan, Billy Joe Saunders in England (even though he might lose) Mungia in Mexico and Andrade or Charlo even though he might lose those aswell.... And him being this "hype KO monster" that's just being dumb when fighters fight skilled fighters with no restrictions you never see outclassed or ko... Lara, Mayweather, Trout, Jacobs ended in 12 rounds for Canelo 1 was controversial 1 completely lost and the other one he won while Jacobs had no chin why was there no KO yet he claims I'll KO this I'll KO that he couldn't even KO a weight drained Chavez Jr his excuse I wanted to teach him a lesson...you think paquiao would've done the same at full 147-154 against Cotto, ODH, and Margarita...ODH was the A side and yet he dropped to 147 whyyyyy...he knew he was on his way out so one last cash grab was gonna hurt but it did lol...anyways but cmon GGG is old and beatable, SD should try and look a fight with Charlo since G won't rematch him and Charlo is with PBC.... And Hopefully If Canelo wins he unifies with any of the champs that he holds a belt in Charlo, Andrade, Smith, Benavidez, Plant, Bivol or the winner of Beterbiev and Gdozkiv

Derevyanchenko was always going to pose problems for GGG, he put up a good fight against Jacobs, those fights were similar, but Derevyanchenko came up short both times, no shame in that. GGG is nearly 38 and looks it, he is facing elite names now in the division and it's showing.

                    Never buy GGG threat

Since I know him, GGG never dominated any top contender, Jacobs, Draw and Loss with Canelo and clearly loss with Derevyachenko. Never rise up in weight, he is not that great folks.
