Spence's approach in a fight vs Pacquiao would be very different to his approach versus Porter.

There's NO way that Manny beats Errol Spence Jr.

Spence would knock him out before 8 rounds had passed.

"I think the fight can happen. I want it to happen," Spence said. "I think it will happen. It should happen late 2020 or early 2021. I think it's gonna happen. I don't think he has any opponents left, really. I have a couple opponents, but I want to become undisputed (champion) and the only way I can become undisputed is to take his belt, so we definitely have to make something happen so I can get his belt." - Spence

Spence beat the crap out of a much lesser fighter in Garcia and couldn’t knock him out or even seriously hurt him.... But he’s gonna knock out Pacquiao who took Thurman’s best shots flush on the chin and laughed. Hahaha delusional

Spence beats Pacquiao and possibly by knockout as well.

The biggest issue for Spence is Pacquiao's footwork and punches in bunches.

If he gets his jab going and counters Pacquiao's recklessness, get him moving to his right. Pacquiao should really get hurt by Spence bad.

But if Spence thinks he's going to go in and just knockout Pacquiao without adjusting, timing, and breaking him down? Nah. He's going to get done like Thurman.

Spence has a very high ring IQ however. So I honestly don't expect that to happen. It can happen but I expect Spence to put Pacquiao down. To stop him. End of story.

Spence’s biggest advantage is his stamina and size which he could use to take advantage of Pac tiring in the late rounds. After watching these guys last fights it is clear to me that any Spence fans who think this is some kind of mismatch and that Spence just goes through Pac are delusional
Spence's biggest advantage is that he's smart; to heck with all the size talk.

In a similar way to what Lomachenko has been able to do, Manny Pacquiao's entire game is built on him throwing you some bait, the opponent biting on it, opening things up for Pacquiao to get his stuff in on the counter.

Hindsight is 20/20, but the Thurman performance played out the way that it did because Pacquiao and Thurman basically fought the same fight but Pacquiao executed better; a big part of the "One Time" run was built on a decent touch jab and using his feet/legs to get you just out of position for him to land something heavy on the off-beat.

Spence will have no such inclination; no different than Floyd or Marquez (Broner to an extent to), Spence walks into the matchup with great eyes; he'll keep that jab on Pacquiao's chest/jaw, let Pacquiao burn himself with app that unnecessary bait movement, and if he times Pacquiao, Pacquiao's ****ed.
