First post actually made me not like PBC, which is weird because I actually don't have any real problem with that promotion.

        not too many thoughtful responses.

i dont think they have wiped competition out. but reading the tea leaves, they’ve been the big big winner this year and the most well positioned to make a windfall in the future.

I'll happily buy fights I think are good matchups and not a waste of my $$ like Spence vs Garcia ,Wilder vs Ortiz 2, and Spence vs D Garcia if it happens.

Give me Wilder vs Fury2 and Spence vs Pac/crawford and you get the money...

Just because they're forcing 5 or 6 PPV shows down our throats a year now doesn't mean it's worth purchasing them...

But you stay busy cheerleading bud......
You did nothing to refute my argument whatsoever, just complaining, but not really presenting an argument that debunks mine, nice try though

But your right about AJ - DAZN. AJ losing and to an PBC boxer didn't help. It would be like Spence/Pac losing to Bud. Or Tank losing to Loma. Wilder losing to Fury

I wouldn’t say PBC wiping competition. They control the always popular elite division 147 and have the man who beat AJ + Wilder + Tank

DAZN has their 3 main fighters boxing last quarter GGG-Canelo-AJ.

              Varies at times per season

IMO PBC has the more popular fighters overall and have done good job with promotions.

              I’d say

              1. PBC
              2 DAZN. Not far behind
              3. ESPN
Even though I disagree with you slightly, thanks for publishing an actual counter argument, I truly believe DAZN is way behind, but we will see right.

Singing the praises of PBC for what? They have ruined the sport but made it good for their fighters to get good in-house money fights. The poster's pat on his own back rant is as meaningful as Spence jr vs D.Garcia.

great analysis. thats why i come to boxingscene for posts like yours.

the haters don't realize that al haymon has generated close to 110 million in ppv revenue this year from his four ppv fights.

the success of the wilder ortiz rematch will add an addditonal 20-30 million to the pbc bottom line.

name one boxing promotion that is generating that kind of revenue

the errol spence manny poac fight could easily generate 1 milion buys the summer of 2020
