Talking trash/insults/aggressive gesturing has always been part of boxing events/shows/weigh-ins, and it always spills out beyond the shows. You see it from trainers, boxers, family members and other people in the team. Some of you a acting like he shouldn't do this when there tons of guys doing the exact same thing countless times. Why is this a problem now all of a sudden? People saying that trainer deserve it, but forgot to mention that clarissa shields team have some sensitive ass snowflakes who can't take trash talking and resort to sucker punching an old dude when he is sitting down, not looking. There is absolutely no excuses. In real life you if you get disrespectful you are likely to get into an altercation. It’s just that simple. Social media has gave you cry babies a false sense of entitlement. You can’t disrespect someone in real life and not expect a reaction especially if that someone is somebody sister,mother,aunt etc.

You get what you signed for. A lot of people are so used to talking sh** online they forget how things operate in the real world. There are consequences to your actions. It may not be “legal”, but if you disrespect someone you might get hands put on you. Young, old, black, white, make, female, whatever. And it may not be a fair one.

Again, not sure if Bashir did something out of line, but this dude’s comment on consequences is real, and I respect that part of the post.

I saw the video earlier and the trainer that got punched was showing his ass being wild demonstrative, putting hands in people's faces etc. With that being said, I don't think he deserved the sucker punch. I'm from the school of as long you don't touch me or spit on me, we're good.
