    Robert Easter vs Adrian Granados

Thoughts on this fight in a few weeks.

Anyone liking Granados as much as me. Easter seems a lil too soft & fights counter to his attributes & just seems ripe for the picking these days to get to the point.

Not sure the odds on this one, but if Adrian is any kind of solid dog here Imma throw a nice stack of cash on this one.

I'd take Granados any day against Easter.

Nope, Granados is much like Gabe Rosado where he'll be the b side in the fight, and lose the decision even though he won a close fight.

        Definitely a worthy bet

But you got to also take in consideration how many times Easter has gotten the benefit of the doubt from the judges- Vs Shafikov (ridiculous scorecards), Commey, Fortuna

You're right that Easter doesn't really fight to his strengths but I'd still pick him over Granados, and I'd bear in mind that whilst they're actually only a little over a year apart in age, Easter's going up to a weight he should be more comfortable at whereas Adrian is - at 30 - coming down at a time when most guys start to struggle to make the cut.

I'd also be figuring in that likely Easter's gonna be getting the benefit - OK they're not in Toledo (where the Shafikov scores were about as outrageous as any I've seen in boxing) but he's still gonna be the favoured guy in close rounds I'm guessing - and the rounds will be close I think, messy and hard fought unless Robert suddenly learnt how to jab.

No, I've heard this against Broner, Porter, and Garcia. I get that people have a soft spot for Granados but he's shown that he's a 140/147 version of Gabe Rosado, a tune up fighter.

I kinda lean towards the KO here. Decent chance of it anyway I feel like.

But yea I could obviously see him getting effed by decision, but this is Adrian thats what he does. He tests you, beats you or loses by decision so its not unexpected.

Im mainly thinking of fading Easter & think he fails the test than Im fanboying Adrian.

In fairness he probably deserved the nod vs AB so 1 outta 3 aint bad. And Easter is closer to AB then Danny or Shawn so I dont think a competitive fight is a crazy thought here & therefore a potential upset.

All about what the line is doe. If Adrian is like a +300 or worse I think its a definite betting situation cuz this feels at least like a 60/40 Easter fight.
