On 2nd thought...after seeing SD against Culcay...if GGG is still more or less what he was, this should end before 12, regardless of what SD's strategy is...there is a reason why they lace em up however...looking forward to this one

Only way he could win is by moving & boxing homie. If he stays in from of GGG, he's getting steamrolled. Eventually he's gonna have to stand his ground & fight Golovkin off if he puts that four-corners pressure on him(which is the most likely scenario).

Derevery isnt slick enough to pull this off to win 7 rds. He's good but not as athletic or shifty as Jacobs who used his athletic gifts to give GGG some trouble.

Derevyanchenko has the skills to give GGG a competitive fight, just like he did with Jacobs.

Dervy, to compete with GGG is gonna have to do the following:
1. Show more desire/ enthusiasm than he did vs Jacobs
2. Increase punch output
3. Take risks, inside
4. Stay inside of GGG's jab

Technician shtick won't work on GGG

I don't think Derev can do the Technician stick on GGG. Derev trying to take a page out of Canelo book.

Jacobs did the Technician on Derev when they fought. And Derev looked uncomfortable and couldn't land his power on Jacobs.

GGG had more success with Jacob's in Technician mode.

It will be more landing power power shots from both, rather than doing Technician thing...just give it enough rounds.
