Ortiz and AJ both went down, giving the ref a chance to check them. Wilder didn't go down, resulting in a longer barrage, as well as no chance to see how he was holding up. You UK losers still harping on this are so ******. There was an "after the minute" check on the PBC PPV in California just this weekend on one of the B-side fighters. NY isn't the only state that does this. The check is after the rest period, not during.Comment

AJ was dropped twice and clearly hurt. But they checked in on him while he was in the corner to send him straight out with no extra time. Ortiz had the same. But not their fighter in Deontay. Their corruption was seen loud and clear. But you US losers will always make excuses for your constant cheating and bias. Have some shame.
And if you really think the doctor checking Deontay was so controversial, luckily for you, Deontay has agreed to run it back to clear up any controversy. So what's your complaint now?Comment

Wilder has faults - there, I said it so don't try and put words into my mouth. My comment wasn't about Wilder's faults it was more about people who like to not give credit where credit is due and are not open to reason. In other words, people like you. Fury made the "long" ten count but for part of that count he was absolutely senseless. Give him credit though he did regain full consciousness quickly. He won't get up so quickly in the rematch though. In order to win Fury must overcomes his terror of fighting Wilder again.
Sorry, you're getting the two of us mixed up. I've pointed out repeatedly where you've gone wrong. You haven't been able to do so once yet with me. But if you think otherwise, please refresh my memory?Comment

He couldn't fight anyone else he was forced into a Ortiz fight by Haymon . Wilder does not run his career, so who is not the question ,it was Ortiz.
The real answer would be Joshua but he was ordered not to accept the DAZN offer.
Ortiz is his last stop after Fury and then its a dead end ,so we'll see if he gets by the 49 year old,.Comment

So what is your explanation for the dozens of fighters we've seen checked in this way in NY between rounds? Often B-side fighters?
And if you really think the doctor checking Deontay was so controversial, luckily for you, Deontay has agreed to run it back to clear up any controversy. So what's your complaint now?
So running it back against an even more worn Ortiz is going to erase the corruption from the first fight? Sorry, but it won't. Hell, no one even wanted this rematch due to Ortiz looking like shlt these days. Now he looks like he isn't even going to bother training with the weight he's carrying.Comment

I have no issue with you not liking the rule. I don't like the rule either. But the rule is applied all the time to both A-sides and B-sides. There's no evidence Wilder was given special treatment.Comment
