Everybody's saying Ortiz ducked Joshua. They offered him a fight on short notice and he said to do that he wanted more money. They refused. The facts get lost.

Actually, Ortiz was offered the chance that Ruiz Jr took advantage of and PBC promised him a 2nd shot at Wilder to turn it down. Bearing in mind how things turned out, I bet Ortiz is kicking himself for accepting the deal now while Ruiz is laughing his arse off.

Team Ortiz was in the press trying to start negotiations again. AJ didn't want the fight.

The fight didn't get done. Excuse after excuse for team AJ to not get any of the other big 3 in the ring. AJ lost to a fringe contender being so overprotected. That is what happens though when you avoid the big fights.

Yeah, I reread what you posted on. My mistake.

A guy whose career highest payday was 4500k gets offered $7million and rejected it, yet you think that isn't a duck? You Wilder fans drink water from the same fountain of dumbness as Wilder and that miserable old git, Breeland. LMAO.

Ortiz took the first Wilder fight on 3wks notice and made $500k. So no excuses to refuse $7million on a month notice.

The fight didn't get done because Ruiz turned it down.

Ruiz turned down an offer that was 14 times more than he got for fighting Wilder.

Wilder turned down $100 million offer to fight AJ.

And now those 2 PBC ****** are going to fight each other on Fox for a fraction of what either of them could have earned for fighting AJ.

That's what happens when you avoid the big fights.

Ortiz looks much older than 40. Is his age verified?
