Do you think Spence vs Crawford and the winner face Manny for unification is good for the sport? Manny already said he only wants two fight before he retires. Should a 41 year old Manny fight both killers to unify if Spence refuses to do the same?

Well Manny Pacquiao and Terence Crawford are the last two titleholders left. Pac, holds the WBA while Crawford holds the WBO.

There is enough space and opportunity for Spence to unify against both Pac and Crawford by the end of next year to become undisputed welterweight champion.

So we will just have to wait and see. I know that Pac is currently in negotiations to fight Mikey Garcia and Amir Khan; Perhaps as a tuneup fight.

However, if Pac wants it, then he can get it. If he doesn't fight Spence for the unified titles then it would be better for the sport that he relinquishes the WBA title.

If Pacman wants to be the unified champ then why doesn't he go after Spence AND Crawford in 2020? It's already been put out by the Spence camp that Errol wants a big money unification with Manny first, then challenge Bud to give boxing a new P4P#1, undefeated, undisputed champion.

If Pac's team feels that Pac can beat Spence, then fight Spence and then Crawford, get two paydays. If they are not so sure that Pac can beat Spence and/or Crawford, get 1 big payday for all the belts.

Pac looked petrified when he got into ring with Spence after he beat Garcia. It would be the biggest fight at WW and the most lucrative for both fighters. Pac will not take the fight though so don't look for it.

But you see the common thread above, the man has plenty of options. I wonder how Bud really feels over their with Arum. He will be with Al Haymon when his contract expires, guaranteed, what a waste of great P4P talent.

I see this posted a lot. Why would Bud go over to PBC? He’s already a HoF boxer. He’s cleared other divisions and unified. He’s making way more money at TR then Spence is at PBC. Like, I get the thought, but you can’t sign with PBC just for who fights for them. Those guys could up and leave and retire at any second.

Well I don’t think either of those fights are good fights for him at this point in his career, especially at 147.

Pacquiao management wants to add as much longevity as possible. They’ll wear him out and when he’s finally reaching the limit they’ll put him in there for a big fight, where he probably will get hurt at that point. But it brings the most capital.
