You see what I see, and I think Spence beats Thurman possibly via TKO.

I hope this fight will happen.

Thurman isnt the fighter he used to be, would fancy Spence to beat him now. Previously I had Thurman and Crawford both beating Spence, but Spence is better than I thought and Thurman appears to be on the decline based on his last fight.

I'm loving this era of welters man, as usual, they will be loved more when they're gone and when the next gen is coming through, everyone's gonna be like 'hffsjfs these guys couldn't fack with Thurman, Spence, Porter, they're cut from a different clothe' etc...
I hope Keith gets healthy again or he'll end up being a big what-if in the future. He's shown he can be great, but he needs to get right and make a good come back.

styles make fights. porter is strong and he comes forward mauling. dindn't land a ton of clean punches, but he puts hurt on you in other ways.

spence would beat the hell out of keith thurman. thurman is a boxer puncher. spence does very well against this style. he knows how to take the middle of the ring and set up counters. his defense is good when you're at arm's length. he'd eat thurman up, especially after a loss and inactivity. he's a great body puncher and he'd take away all of thurman's movement before cornering him and stopping him.

Honestly, so do I, but I don't think Thurman wants that work.

Apologies, just seen this; I'm referencing the 2019 Thurman who isn't gonna beat Spence on what he showed this year imo. Seems sort of pointless to think how a previous version of Thurman would do now as that guy might be gone forever!!

Thurman struggled against a 41 years old Manny Pacquiao. Both Porter and Spence would beat this version of Keith.

I might agree but it’s hard to know where Thurman is at, if he’s the same Thurman before all the injuries.

I actually thought he fought very well v Manny, he didn’t win, but it was a closer fight than some admit. He had a lot of his own success in that fight. He definitely has something left but he doesn’t seem quite as sharp as he did before all the time out of the ring.

I think Thurman needs a couple of tune ups with a quick turnaround before getting into another big fight. Then i think if he’s back 100%, he’s capable of beating anyone.
