What if Spence fought the Brook that Porter fought?

Would it have made any difference? Or would it have been the same result?

I think he would lose. I thought Brook was ahead against Spence at the time of the stoppage anyway.

I see Spence edging Brook. People disregard how Spence went into 2nd gear late in the fight.

Styles make fights for the 100th time.
Kell Brook fought Porter diffrent than Spence

        Spence destroys him again.

Spence beat a far better version of Porter than Brook, this version of Porter would beat Brook convincingly.

Brook's broken eye was caused by an headbutt.

Brook was fighting so well and it was so close. The damaged eye was a huge factor but had he faced Spence at 100%, i believe he would have won.

              Brook would have won.

Spence is lucky to have caught him after dropping two weight classes and fighting GGG.

Brook was probably ****** for taking the fight at that time. He would beat him under normal circumstances

I was never particularly impressed with Brook. Porter is pretty much the only good 147 win on his record. Spence would beat any version of him and Porter would best him now.

                  Agreed...

Brook has one credible win in his entire career, and he just held and spoiled for 12 rounds.

I may be in the minority but I actually scored it 115-113 Porter, the Sky commentary team also scored the fight in favour of Porter.

Porter is far more polished now though, he’s refined that uber-aggressive style and made it more efficient and effective.

Spence deservedly won last night in a super competitive fight, but Porter was excellent and that was a career best performance from Shawn IMO.
