I would put Bud at #1 if he beats a top5 welter. Right now, he's a solid rank 3.

I honestly think TBRB got this spot on...
Can't argue and can't put Mikey in at all until he beats a welter.
It's also strange that some Brits claim US boxing is well beneath the UK, while 4 out of 5 best welters are US...

Here’s how I currently have it.

8. Josesito Lopez
9. Mikey Garcia
10. Amir Khan

I have Mikey in 9th only because he hasn’t done anything at welterweight. I gave Khan the 10th spot but you can easily arguably put 5 other guys on there too.

Fine with that list but Khan should be no where on it.

Sup my friend...and no, I actually think Mikey sucks, thanks for pointing that out lol...I agree, he should be below at least Danny and Ugas imo...probably Josesito too.
