Here’s how I currently have it.

1. Pacquiao
2. Spence
3. Crawford
4. Thurman
5. Porter
6. Danny Garcia
7. Ugas
8. Josesito Lopez
9. Mikey Garcia
10. Amir Khan

I have Mikey in 9th only because he hasn’t done anything at welterweight. I gave Khan the 10th spot but you can easily arguably put 5 other guys on there too.

Yes, as Crawford’s wins over Khan and Horn aren’t anything to write home about. His standing is solely him coming up as the undisputed 140lb champion, and there’s really no right or wrong way to rank something like that

lol damn I forgot all about Lopez when doing my list. He’d be in the 8th spot to be fair since he’s actually done some things at welterweight & put on a way better showing vs Thurman than what Mikey did against Spence. Mikey would be 9th. And 10th I guess I can give it to Amir Khan.
