Spence had success when he managed space; punch, get on the back foot, punch, lock up. Crawford could do that even better then Spence.
The problem comes when Porter wants to grapple against the ropes. IDK how Bud deals with that without getting fatigued. I'd still pick Crawford though as his ability to turn guys, switch, and fight off the back foot is the best in the div.

I’d pick Crawford to stop Porter. Spence couldn’t adjust to Porter’s ferocity till the championship rounds. I had expected Spence to hit Porter often and squarely early on but it wasn’t till the 11th that he finally caught him. I’m thinking Crawford adjusts much earlier, speed and accuracy are what Crawford trades in.

Glad people have finally realised Porter is an elite fighter, it's about damn time...

Crawford is more mobile than Spence, I think he would move more and land the cleaner shots to win a close decision, but I wouldn't be surprised if it went the other way

I haven't seen a single fighter force Porter to fight on the outside for 12. He literally makes everyone he faces become inside fighters.

Porter would "RAG DOLL" Crawford on the Inside and make it very ugly BUT I do think Bud would find a way to win...By Decisions!

Would be Bud Toughest Test so far as well just like it was for Spence Jr

I'm with you, Porter isn't an easy fight for anyone at 147 imo.

Outside of the first 2-3 where Thurman said he was taking off because he wasn’t confident in his conditioning going into the fight, when Thurman opened up, he hurt Porter in two consecutive rounds and the fight became mostly a boxing match, with Porter using the rushes very tactically, and mindful of his defense. It was a strange to see, a very disciplined Porter with a more traditional style appeared after he took those shots from Thurman. Still think that was Porters best performance, it showed he can box well.

Yes and also be vulnerable so its a good and bad thing, Crawford is more explosive Errol more constant pressure, I see its a 50/50 fight where either guy could win it.
