If Garcia is going to stand any chance of winning this fight, then he is going to have to throw lots of punches in bunches; Which has always been his weakness.
His low workrate and low punch output has hurt him in the past. Especially against Keith Thurman and Shawn Porter. Laying back, playing that counter puncher's role will not get the job done and will ultimately backfire.
If anything, Spence proved Saturday night is that he has a very good chin and can take a punch. Danny Garcia is not knocking Erroll out with single, wide, looping, no look, left hooks and punches that Spence can see coming ten miles away.
He is going to have to get in there and make it a very physical fight against Erroll Spence. It's his only chance.Comment

Danny is definitely deserving and available for a title shot.
Former champion like it or not, lost razón thin decisions to Porter and Thurman who are amongst the elite.
Ugas or Garcia are respectable opponents and Garcia has the higher name so it’s logical.
I’d rather Spence-Pac or Crawford but Swift ain’t some bum. He could win the fight and actually wants the right which is lore than what could be said a year back.
It appeared Everybody ducked Spence, now it appears we’ll get the fight.Comment

Let Thurman return vs Porter, let the Garcia/Spence fight happen, and lets see how 'elite' Spence is by putting him in there with Bud at some point sooner than later. IMO, counter puncher Swift will be as tough of a fight for Spence as Porter was. Maybe even moreso.
By the time Spence has fought Garcia, maybe a Porter rematch, Bud.... let's see if he's still telling his people to line 'em up. My guess is, his 'line 'em up' then will be vs less than elites.Comment
