Ahh a Spence fan eh? Yup...figures from your ****** response. Most people ON here thought Porter won bozo and just because MY opinion differs from yours does not mean I lack (or lick ...in your words )boxing knowledge...I could certainly say the same about you.

    • A couple of observations from last night.
      • Nobody at 147 is knocking out either Spence or Porter. Shawn got caught across his chin with everything Spence had and he still got up and went right back at it. Although Shawn doesn't hit as hard, he caught Spence often but with little effect.

      • Both Errol and Shawn are susceptible to a good boxer with quick hands, stamina and movement over 12 rounds. In Errol vs Kell, Errol was behind on the cards until Kell slowed enough to get caught in exchanges and Keith beat Porter because he was able to get out of harms way when he found himself in trouble.

BTW, according to Freddie Roach, Spence will need to fight Crawford with Manny facing the winner for unification of the 147lb division.

I'm a fan of Bud too, but the reality is that Bud vs any of the top PBC welters is a good scrap where Bud has a good chance of losing.
Bud didn't try to toy with Benavidez he whupped his arse cause he was running his mouth and ko'd him...he methodically walk through him and beat him down yea he got hit but it was more a macho thing between him and Benavidez

He did win IMO even with the knockdown!

Porter was outboxing Spence early making Errol miss consistently early while making Errol fight his fight the entire fight!

Things changed once Porter started to tire and Spence started to attack the body more and was starting to land up top!

Porter won 7 or 8 rounds, he won the first 5 rounds to me on pushing the pace,
Landing more punches and better edge in defense!

Spence came on late but did win rounds 6,7,10, 11 and 12!

So Spence IMO won either 4 rounds plus KD which makes it a 6 point score or 3
Rounds plus KD which makes it a 5 point score!

Porter edged rounds 8,9 and arguably the 10th which the toughest round to score IMO cuz both were going tit for tat!

Spence didn’t separate himself at all, Porter just got tired quicker due to the pace he was pushing, fighting on the inside a lot and using the ring early!

No domination from Errol, he fought Shawn’s fight the entire night and escaped with his zero due to the judges opinion!

That simple, he was outlanded and outworked and roughed up and even the jab from Porter was precise early!

PBC will continue keeping their WW weak stable secure, on their side of the street within themselves..
In case you didn’t get the memo Mikey is an elite multi weight class champion. Shall I provide you dozens of examples of higher weight boxers taking in lighter challengers and not only going the distance but also lighter fighters winning and some by KO? Since, you know you’re so versed in boxing history and all as is evident.

C level Porter as you call him is 1) in his prime
              2) two time champion of the WW division
              3) beat Berto (Crawford best win)
Beat Danny, beat Ugas, went the distance with both Thurman and Brook. In your view that must make each of these fighters D level

You’re obviously a fan girl casual

With all that, you still didnt get that 8-5 is not a real score.

Yep. And his stamina and skills advantage was far greater than their strength advantage. Let's not try and dismiss strength as a factor by using Mayweather as an example.

He knocked him out but he didn't beat him down. It was a competitive fight until Bud found his crease to get some power shots on Benavidez late in the fight.

Robinson, Dulorme, porter, and others he has fought are his size. I really don't know from where you getting this, or where do you want to go with it. No comparison here.
